All Caught Up

All my articles are read and highlighted, I finished my outline and all of my notecards.
The three hours of work were very useful. I feel I got to concentrate and finish everything I'd needed to.
Now the stress and pressure's off.

Made Some Progress

I've got a total of 5 articles.
I should have everything cited/highlighted/notecard. . .ed(?) an hour into tomorrow's class.

I'm pretty confident in finishing everything in time, even for a procrastinator.

Changed Topic Again

My new choice in topic is Political Apathy.
As I was reading my articles on what the military has been doing in Iraq and Afghanastan since September 11 it hit me that if I tried to hold a political discussion with one of my peers it would be very unlikely that they'd relate, or even understand the problem.
These people are my age, averaging in 17 by the end of their 11th year. Out of High School they will be 18, and officially responsible for helping to run our country: yes, we run it, no one else.
People like to blame our government, often forgetting that we are our government: "We the People..." says our Constitution, and our federal government is run in that way.

In the end, I wish for required political courses to be established.

Sorry for miss-spellings. In a hurry.

My. . . Project? Dun dun DUNNN!

Initially I'd decided my project would be dealing with immigration.
The first document I opened however was about how the US is recruiting non-citizens in the military ( http://www.2facts.com/icof_story.aspx?PIN=i1400520&term=us+immigration ). This made me decide to research the war in the middle east, as I am less informed in that topic than I am in immigration topics.

In addition I found an article that talks about president Obama's plans to withdraw the troops from the east ( http://www.2facts.com/icof_story.aspx?PIN=i1500060&term=us+troops+east ).

Read for further information, as I myself haven't read the articles.
Or, y'know, don't. You probably have your own articles to read. :)
